Welcome To The World of Royal Purebred Kittens LLC
Hi, my name is Kate Sablin, and I’m a proud mom of four wonderful children — Kristina, Polina, Sofia and little Sasha. Our home in Maryland is filled with laughter, love and the gentle sound of tiny paws running across the floor. Family has always been the heart of everything I do, and that love became the foundation of what is now Royal Purebred Kittens LLC — a family‑run cattery devoted to raising healthy, social and family‑friendly purebred kittens.
Since childhood, I dreamed of a big, happy family and a home full of animals. I brought home every stray I could find, hoping to give them warmth and safety. My mom loved animals too — but from a distance — so I promised myself that one day I would create a life where cats would be part of our family, our joy and our hearts. That dream came true.
In 2015 I began breeding Bengal cats — to me, Bengals are like fiery wild flowers: breathtakingly beautiful, full of energy and untamed at heart. Later, at a cat show, I met my first Maine Coon. Their majestic faces seemed serious and powerful, yet I soon discovered gentle, affectionate souls behind their wild beauty. That moment changed everything, and soon after Royal Maine Coon Cattery was born. In 2020 our family also began working with Scottish Folds, known for their calm nature and sweet personalities.
Over time, all three of these beloved breeds became part of one big dream — Royal Purebred Kittens. It is the heart of our family business and the main brand behind our breeding programs. Within it, we created three specialized branches — Royal Maine Coon Cattery, Royal Bengal Cattery and Royal Scottish Fold Cattery — each devoted to its own unique breed. No matter which website you visit or which kitten captures your heart, you’re meeting the same family — the Sablin Family — and the same values of love, care and ethics that define everything we do.
Each of our kittens grows up underfoot, never in cages, surrounded by our children and daily family life. They hear laughter, music and play — they grow up feeling safe, loved and ready to become a part of someone’s family. Many breeders don’t allow visitors when there are small kittens, and I respect that completely, because health always comes first. But my personal goal in breeding has always been to raise kittens who feel comfortable in real homes, especially where there are young children. I truly believe that kids can be gentle, kind and loving with animals — and that this connection helps both grow with empathy and trust.
Our cattery is officially registered with TICA (The International Cat Association), and our business, Purebred Kittens LLC, is a legally registered U.S. company. We are also proudly listed and verified on the Better Business Bureau (BBB), reflecting our transparency, integrity and commitment to ethical breeding. Unlike large‑scale operations, our kittens are not raised in numbers — they’re raised in love. We focus on quality, health and genuine connection, not production. Each kitten is special, and every family who adopts from us becomes part of what we lovingly call our Royal Family — a community of owners who stay in touch, share photos and watch their kittens grow together.
For me, breeding isn’t just a business — it’s part of who I am as a mother and as a person. I believe that kindness, honesty and patience matter just as much in breeding as they do in raising children. Every kitten that leaves our home takes a little piece of our hearts with them. When you adopt one of our kittens, you’re not just bringing home a pet — you’re joining our family.
I have been engaged in Scottish Fold / Straight breeding since 2022. Our cattery is registered at two international felinological systems: WCF (SABSCOTTISHFOLD) and TICA (SABSCOTTISHFOLD).

How do I know you are not a scammer?
I understand your concern, and it's important to be cautious when dealing with any online interactions, including those involving catteries or pet adoptions. Here are a few steps you can take to verify the legitimacy of a cattery or breeder and ensure that you're not dealing with a scam:
Research the Cattery: Look for an official website or online presence for the cattery. Legitimate breeders usually have a website, social media profiles, and online reviews. Check for information about their breeding practices, history, and contact details.
Check Reviews: Look for reviews and testimonials from previous customers. Positive reviews from people who have adopted kittens from the cattery can provide insights into their experience and the quality of their cats.
Ask for References: Request references from previous adopters. A reputable cattery should be willing to provide references from satisfied customers who have adopted kittens from them.
Communication: Reach out to the cattery via phone or email and ask specific questions about their breeding practices, the health of their kittens, and their cattery's history. A legitimate breeder will be happy to provide transparent and detailed answers.
Visit the Cattery: If possible, arrange to visit the cattery in person. Meeting the kittens, the breeding environment, and the breeder can give you a better sense of their credibility.
Check for Red Flags: Be cautious if the cattery asks for unusually large payments upfront or pressures you to make a quick decision. Scammers often use high-pressure tactics.
Pay Securely: If you decide to proceed with an adoption, use secure payment methods. Avoid making payments through wire transfers, money orders, or other methods that are difficult to trace.
Trust Your Instincts: If something doesn't feel right or if you have doubts, it's better to step back and continue your search for a reputable cattery.
Do a Reverse Image Search: If the cattery provides pictures of kittens, do a reverse image search to ensure the images aren't stolen from other websites.
Check for Registration and Certification: Reputable breeders often register their kittens with cat registries. Ask for proof of registration or certification if applicable.
Remember that adopting a pet is a significant decision, and it's important to take your time, do thorough research, and ensure that you're working with a legitimate and ethical source. Trustworthy catteries prioritize the well-being of their cats and provide a positive adoption experience for their customers.
